Shipping

Orders that have in stock items received by 12:00am will be processed same day. Standard Flat Rate shipping is UPS Ground and Takes 3-6 Business Days to arrive.  You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has been processed and shipped.

Out of Stocks or Bulk Items

You will be contacted on the same day as the order is placed.  You will be given all options available including cancelling of the order.

Cancellations

Your order may be canceled up until the shipping notification e-mail has been sent. If you wish to cancel your order before this time, please call 218-464-3126 during normal business hours.

Returns

Every purchase is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, just send it back to us within 14 days from the time you received it. Just follow the return steps on the back of the invoice that came with your order. Please keep in mind that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable.

If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag it can't be credited back to your account. So please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before you return it. Keep in mind that there may be a 50% restocking fee for returned items that fall outside our normal return guidelines, including unauthorized refused packages. There is also a minimum 50% restocking fee if more than three of one item is ordered and returned.

We can't take certain items back unless they're returned in the original, unopened factory-sealed packaging. These include: wigs, facial hair or any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips/extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, and hats with attached hair, teeth, fangs, undergarments, hosiery, video tapes, DVDs, CDs, shoes & boots (does not apply to shoe covers, boot tops, or costume shoes designed for indoor use only or one time wear), eyelashes, cosmetics and any party supplies that are taken out of their original packaging.  Any wedding items and/or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are incorrect due to a manufacturer error. Special Order Items, props that require special delivery, disposable helium tanks, and any item that has been worn, used, or altered are not returnable. Wholesale purchases and volume discount orders are also not returnable.

Please note: Costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience. We'll post any changes made to costumes in the web site descriptions and images as soon as we find out about them. Thank you for being patient with us with this issue.

In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please be sure to send your return via a traceable method to the correct address.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, allow 1 week for your refund to be processed if you paid with a credit or debit card. Please Note: this timing can vary based on the season.
